Sorry if the title is a little confusing, but basically I've had some troubles with the Keep as only my oldest characters and DLC are showing, upon investigation I discovered it was because those specfic characters and DLC were appearing on BSN. I also realised that I had switched email accounts on my xbox (keeping the same xbox account however) and this is likely why BSN isn't reading my new characters and DLC. So should I delete my current BSN profile and create a new one with the email I'm using for the console?
