PSN Trophy List - is it shared across versions?

I can't find any info about this, so I figured I'd ask here.

Will the PS3 and PS4 versions share the trophy list?

I'm asking because I'm getting the PS3 version and I want to know if the trophy list is shared between versions, so if I get the PS4 version one day, I won't have to earn everything again.
