I am unable to have all of my DLCs from my DA:O Ultimate Edition sync up to my DA:Keep Career tab.  Is anyone else having this sort of issue?

It seem like it(It seems it records DLC that is bought but my DAII DLC isn't recorded.) I have the same problem to since I played the Ultimate Edition.

I know for a lot of people DLC characters weren't syncing. Just disable all mods including the DLCs and load up only the base game and try it. Should sync then.

It doesn't sync.

I've Ultimate and DA:II, both on console, it doesn't recognize DLC and some rewards.

Loaded both, unequipped, saved, re-equipped, no deal.
Even tried to load single DLCs to see if they were synced. No deal.

 

Even went seeking the troubleshooting page for chars not showing ( although they were synced ), no deal.
Downloaded the DA gift bundle from bioware website. Rinse and repeat all the previous ones. No deal.

 

Tried re-syncing manyfold times. No deal.

Console dlc isn't being picked up by the Keep because the DLC wasn't redeemed on the BSN site. They are trying to find a fix for this since it's a known issue
