What do I need to open/edit .uti files?. I have tried installing the Toolset but it didn't work, said some error abnout SQL not working right or something. It showed the error messages every time I booted up so I had to uninstall it.

Any help would be great as I am not a modder by any means but I can edit uti files to alter stats etc as I did with KOTOR.
