Turian because I love their men haha 

But asari is definitely the best choice. Aside from the longevity/eternal youth/biotics, I'm definitely too artistic-minded to fit in well with any of the other races. Asari with a turian boyfriend is the way to go lol.

Turians do seem to be pretty popular with asari. Which frankly amazes me, since I imagine kissing a turian is a rather demanding exercise and I also imagine that asari are big on kissing

 

Then I remind myself that asari care about more than just looks and physical characteristics and that's why I like them so much. The fact they are one of the most open minded races and are inherently pretty chaotic oriented is also what sets them over the turians, which are more lawful society.

 

Now, I realize chaos and law are universal and both are needed. But I think asari are more balanced in their chaotic outlook. Turians seem to be too stuck up sometimes. Well, most of them, other than Garrus

Hehe all good kissing is demanding, when there's a will there's a away.   

Now that you mention it, I feel like that's something that probably makes asari/turians a good match. Like 'opposites attract'. As you said, chaotic vs orderly.
Asari - more philosophical, sentimental, sensual, elegant. Turians- militaristic, pragmatic, disciplined. 

I think it makes a nice juxtaposition. Kind of like how Nyreen explained her attraction to Aria (of course that didn't work out, but that probably had to with Aria's extremism rather than cultural incompatibility). 

I think the popularity in turian/asari couples is natural cause asari are probably the most culturally compatible with turians and humans. Krogan brutality and salarians' lack of sensuality and intense pragmatism make them a more odd match for an asari. I imagine asari can get along with drell nicely, too.

You make some interesting points. Though I think that a big part of why asari are attracted to humans(mostly females) is biological similarity. Human females are, after all, closest to asari, at least as far as looks go. And I think asari find that attractive, at least on subconscious level. It's actually quite interesting when you think about it. Human women are very similar to asari, but so very different. No scales, hair, different skin tones and soft in all the right places ... is it any wonder that so many asari find them attractive?

 

But what you said about opposites attracting... I can totally see, but not before you mentioned it. Nice work.

Krogan. Asari too squishy, not enough nutritious hump but they have a nice rump to bump.
