Turian. Sure, humans will diss you left and right but get a space monacle, get some sniper skills, join C-Sec, quit C-Sec, and then become a vilgilante and you'll be beating off the chicks with a stick.

Krogan: Would be cool but I couldn't stand living in a dying society.
Salarian: High Metabolism would annoy me. Being constantly hungry as hell.
Asari: No. I couldn't live that long without going slowly insane. Besides, about three quarters of that time are spent as a Stripper Merc. The rest spent as the biggest Mary Sue in the Galaxy. I would tire of it.
Hanar: Getting around could be hard as sh*t so no.
Volus: LOLWUTNO
Drell: See Krogan. And I can't stand the sides of their head. It looks weird.
Geth: Barely any emotions or ability to enjoy life unless of prolonged organic exposure which is impossible unless you're Legion. It would kinda suck.
Elcor: See Hanar and Volus.
Vorcha/Batarians: Just NO, don't even talk to me about them.

If I couldn't choose Turian it would probably be Salarian BTW because they remind me of myself.
