I preordered the Deluxe Edition via Origin but i can´t pre-load it. i also deinstalled origin and tried it again but still the same resualt.

If we are forced to use a fourth rate piece of sh*t platform like Origin to buy EA games ... then please make sure it works!!!!!!

 

The store is always "temporary unavailable", it's always doing the same update and is just a f'ing mess!

 

I'd like to play DA:I but if I cant even buy it... why even bother?

So true to bad they do not have DA:I. Why did Bioware allowed itself to be bought by EA they are one of the best video game developers that exist especially for rpg and I am sad that they have the second worse publisher in the video game industry.

Pirly it's true that origins all times have problems with things like closed beta and pre-realeses. I am thinking of you battlefield.

I'm having the same issue, when I try to preload tells me I need windows vista 6.0 or better. I thought it was supposed work with Windows 7 or was I mistaken.

I have Windows 7 professional and it pre-loaded on mine.  I don't know how will it will work once I try to operate it though.  I'll probably be on low settings.  I was not able to start pre-loading at the given time though. I started at 6:00 pm EST instead of the given time of 12:00 pm EST and it literally took 12 hours to complete pre-load.

 

I made sure I had plenty of space on my disc before pre-load.

 

I hope you can figure out how to fix this and it works for you.

Looks you're in Germany? I believe the pre-loading in Europe only activates on 17th, since the game unlocks on 20th/21st. So you should be able to start your pre-loading come Monday.

(don't know if it's supposed to be different for Deluxe Edition but still, probably won't hurt to just wait two days and see if it clears)

I looked now into my orderlist and there stands Prossesing beside Dragon age Inqusition. Now I wonder because i bought it on the 09/09/2014. Is that normal?

This popped up in another preloading thread. Someone else had it listed as processing and after contacting the support they had to cancel that order and order again due to some bug. No idea if it's also the case for you, but might want to contact Origin support person and check with them?

edit: alternatively, maybe laws of your country don't allow EA to charge your card before the game officially unlocks (on the 17th) and it'll only move from "processing" state once that happens. In any case the support should be able to figure it out.

VPN won't work until your payment processes. And that won't happen until pre-load is available in the region you pre-ordered from.

When the game is paid for and ready to load there will be a big purple banner with the word new across the cover. Until then you'll have to wait.

You say that as if VPN was something that EA cooked up and supports.

It's not and they don't.

In the context of this situation, it's a way of doing an 'end run' on regionally restricted internet content. They may not go out of their way to make it difficult, but you can't really expect EA to help you break the rules of your region.

Don't kid yourself. EAware did this on purpose. Nevermind, though. I got my payment through late last night.

Did you try to chat with customer support yet? My problem was that I had pre-ordered back in April, and I had received a new credit card since then. I had updated my payment info, but the system was finicky (it did not recognize my new payment info), so I had to simply cancel my old order and re-order it. My game finished pre-loading this morning.

So when does the order shift from 'processing' to 'completed'? Mine has been 'processing' for weeks. Does it just happen when the preload date comes?
