I don't know if anyone has seen this yet...but speaking of Flemeth. What sorcery is this, BioWare. 

Probably Bioware trolling us. "Hey, let's name a file '....flemeth_nude_wet.ebx' just to see the reaction". If real, it makes me rather curious about the circumstances leading to such an event. Given how she looked in DA2, that may not be as unpleasant as some people think.

 

About Hawke, I'm content if they I can make them survive and they don't die in the end, and as for those who hate Hawke: I wouldn't kill a fictional character just for vengeance-by-proxy (I know murder fantasies but I won't follow up on them, as a rule) but well, it's their game. My Hawkes (or at least most of them) will walk out of this story alive if the game makes it possible.

I swear to the Maker that if hair and beards look that horrific on my PC I will literally fly to BioWare HQ and spend a week there covertly defecating on their lawn in the most ungodly manner possible in reprisal. You shouldn't need to worry, that picture is off the XB360 version of the game which is why the beard looks so awful

I don't know how things were in the past. But during the recent weeks and in the recent threads about the Warden and Hawke most Hawke-haters directed their aggression towards the character (fictional, you know?) and most pro-Hawke kind-of-anti-Warden comlainers directed their bitterness at Hawke haters (real people)

Yup, what Chari said. Hawke is a moron but that doesn't mean poeple who likes him are morons too. It's not for me to judge others preferences.

 

I loathe Hawke, love my warde. You may do the opposite, it's ok.

I pitty anyone who hates Hawke but loves Varric. I'm pretty sure this is one of those moments where if you let Hawke die, then Varric will likely leave, them being best friends and all.

 

Personally, I love Hawke and will literally move mountains to protect her.  Unless, this choice is actually a part of Hawke wanting to make a noble sacrifice, in which case, forcing them to stay alive might be the opposite of what they want.  Consider that you Hawke haters. In that situation, you can only lose.

No, to those of us who simply want him gone it's still a "win".

 

Also, can we finally get rid of calling anyone who doesn't like Hawke a "Hawke hater"? I loathe Varric and a number of other characters (including some from DA:O, though admittedly most of my hated chars come from DA II) just as much as I loathe Hawke. And yes, those on the list that are still alive in DA:I will either die or get kicked out of the Inquisition by me as well, simply to never have to deal with them again.

You sure about that? I've been watching a lot of a PS3 version stream, and the hair is no where near that awful. A tad shinier than it should be when light hits it wrong, but not that unholy abomination. Unless the 360 version has a problem the PS3 version doesn't have, I think that's more likely to be the PC low settings. The PS3 version videos I have watched have looked obviously better than the PC-low pics and videos I've seen.

Nope. If you hate Hawke then you can be called a "Hawke hater." Same goes for anything you hate, really. If you hate pickles, then you can be called a "pickle hater." I hate mushrooms, myself. You could call me a "mushroom hater."  That's why I'm not allowed back into the Mushroom Kingdom.

Then if you hate the Warden for his failure to corner the cheese market, I would have no justification for claiming you hate yourself.

It would also be a dreadful shame if so much of DA2's story was about cleaning up the messes caused by the Warden's lack of business acumen.

I don't hate him. I simply find the notion absurd that Bioware not allowing you to do exactly what you intended Is absurd In itself... I should've cut Loghain's throat at my first meeting with him In the camp but alas, the game didn't allow me!

Sad but I think Hawke always only had one way out. I don't know, the entire game of DA2 (which I actually liked, by the way) just felt like it was ramping up to the death of Hawke at the end; I was actually more surprised Hawke *didn't* die and instead lived.

 

So if s/he dies in Inquisition, then I feel like the circle is complete. The hero that could never prevent inevitable events becomes a victim in the chaos, seems fitting to me personally.
