Hopefully you can also remove the blood smear from default Hawke's face as well, I never liked that look lol.

 you don't edit Hawke.  You either get the "stock" one, or the one you imported into the keep.

Lady Insanity told you can a lot of stuff with the blood smear, like chaning from the nose to the eyes, kind of like Morrigan makeup... but with blood, heh.

 

I don't know how my Hawke customization will go. This is how he looked like in DA2:

 

 

I don't even know if this hairstyle is avaliable in Inquisition.

Well, you can always keep the face and change the hair. I changed my Hawke's hair for every act of DA2

Well there is they look nice in keep

That is pretty much sole reason for that even on the strem they said that is rather to look pretty and don't affect anything.

You get to keep the name.

Note: The name may not actually appear in Inquisition.

Last I heard, if you use a default Hawke and not a custom imported one then you don't get to change their look in DA:I.
