Bored because I want to play this game so bad so i thought I'd make a thread. When is the alst time any of you have been this excited for a game? For me, it was probably Mass Effect 2. I'd say Mass effect 3, but for some reason I wasn't that amped. THis game just seems like...my dream...great character creation...great graphics, great story, longgggggg game time...is it sad if this is one of the top 3 things this year of rme period?

Probably ME2/3 for me. Not that I don't enjoy other games, but I'm a huge fan of RPGs, Bioware's sort in particular.

Never.  This is the first game I've ever followed pre-release (I'm usually late to the party for awesome things).  
Following the news, dissecting trailers, and ogling the forum has been a super fun experience. And the game looks pretty nifty, too.

Excited like i am excited for Inquisition? Well, always. Because i don't care about 90% of games and Inquisition seems as shitty to me as all of them.

FFXIV ARR, I wanted to play it more than anything and then I got beta invite from phase 2 testing , then open beta and from that early access. OMG that was almost as hard a wait as Inquisition, but I was okay by the fact that I had beta invites .

"Look forward to" is more the truth, I'm not rabid excited. I'm actually more excited for my collector's edition of Persona Q coming in on the 25th and for Persona 5's eventual release. 

 

Saying that, this is one of those big games that mark the highlights of my gaming year, so I'm definitely drooling over it. Witcher 3, Elite Dangerous's final release (I'm a lifetime all future expansions alpha member), Final Fantasy 15, Phantom Pain.

 

Next game I might actually go bat **** crazy for is Persona 5. Been a looooooooooooooong time coming.

Think at this point there's no game I'm more excited about than Persona 5, though Inquisition is certainly looking up.

Probably Dragon Age 2 or the original Mass Effect (ps3 slave race). I'm not at Mass Effect 3 levels of hype because after that debacle I rarely get hyped for anything video game related any more.

I'm really big fan of computer games, but I've never felt THAT excited. Maybe Assassin's Creed 2, but it's nothing if I compare AC2 anticipation to DAI. It's like... I'm thinking about DAI EVERYTIME. I'm a freaking DAI fanatic.

I've never been this hyped for a game before and I don't think I'll ever be this hyped for a game again until the 6th Elder Scrolls is announced.

Portal 2, The Last of Us, LoZ Skyward Sword, and Monster Hunter 3 all had me about this excited. This is the first time this year I've been this excited though!

The latest Pokemon games had me excited, because nostalgia.  That and DAI are easily my two most anticipated games ever though.  And they have the same midnight launch!

Oh geez, it's been three and a half to four years since I was this excited for a new game. Sure I've purchased new games in that time but none I was chomping at the bit to get my hands on. The last two games I was vibrating with excitement for were Skyrim and Mass Effect 3. I played Skyrim basically non-stop from release in November to the week leading to ME3's release. That was a good time to be unemployed.
