I don't think I have been. Even with DA2, I had some reservations (like about playing human only, or staying in one city). I was excited, but not flailing-about excited like I am for DAI.
Even with ME3, despite loving the series. In fact, I can tell I must be excited for DAI, since it's the first time I've ever bothered to pre-order a game (and several months before at that), instead of just moseying in on the day of release. Or later.
I've never been this excited for a game. Then the game got cancelled in my country. That was just fantastic news to start my weekend with!

I only ever seem to get hyped for BioWare games, but that's probably because this is the only game/company-specific forum I visit, so it hypes me up more.

Any Blizzard/Bethesda game ever.
Arkham City (which turned out to be amazing) and Mass Effect 3 (Which ended up disappointing me). Hopefully DAI will be amazing. The early access certainly was.
I was pretty excited for ME3, but to this level? Closest was probably DA2. I always get the most excited for Dragon Age games.

Skyrim and before that The Orange Box.
With The Orange box we went back and replayed all of the half-life games and ordered a new high end gaming PC just for it. The PC build got delayed and arrived just days before the game, so that added to the hype.
Yet, neither came close to DAI.
For DAI, since the 2013 E3 announcement: New PC, replayed DAO and DA2 again, 6 comics, 3 books, pre-ordered the Prima Guide and pre-ordered the Inquisitors Edition.

Skyrim. As hyped as I was about that game (it's the only collector's edition I've purchased), I think I might be more hyped for Inquisition.
Fallout New Vegas or SWTOR (though SWTOR wasn't as worth all the hype)
Hum...Baldur's Gate 2 . I had to learn english to be able to play it ! then it was the Mass effect Serie ! I had to wait for them all to get here (Got them late)...to be able to play them all in one go and no stop . 
Dragon's Dogma. Was so excited about the game I convinced a buddy of mine who work at gamestop to borrow a copy so we could play it.Played it a day early, it was nice. Trying to see if I can do the same with inquistion, but his store is under new management so I doubt I'd get that lucky again.
DA 2 and ME 3. Enjoyed both a lot, but still hope DAI will have all the good points they had and none of their glaring problems.)
Telltale's Walking Dead game was pretty darn exciting. I think I haven't been this hyped for a game ever before though, Dragon Age is probably my favourite game series and I am counting down the minutes to release. I'm disappointing by the handful of spoilers I have seen, would have preferred more surprises, but that's my own fault haha.
The Witcher 2. Similarly to DA2 I was tracking the game about half a year before release intensely.
Fortunately this time I'm smarter, and I filtered out the spoilers (I ended up spoilering some things from The Witcher 2 for myself).
For me, prolly SR4. Loved the hat tip they did with the whole Necro (or was it Neo, I forget)-Normandy thing there. Laura Bailey kicks ass.
Before that? Hmmm. ME3, prolly?

Probably ME3, and Skyrim before that.
I was excited about some of this year's releases, but they all ended up being a disappointment somehow.
