I've read through all of the FAQ's, troubleshooting posts, etc, but still can't find anything about my issue. I played through DA:O, Awakening, and DA2 on the Xbox 360 years ago. When I logged into the Keep, it synced everything for DA2, and my DA:O achievements, but not my DA:O warden. When I look on my BioWare Social Network page under DA:O it doesn't list anything, no characters, no achievements, nothing. When I look at the Player Profile Diagnostics all it says is "Invalid persona/game combination" in red. My Xbox was set to sync the whole time I played back then and I've only ever had one Origin account. I even got it out earlier and loaded up the games and characters just to make sure, and all seems good. I'm guessing I'm probably out of luck with getting my warden to sync it seems. Any ideas?

A lot of people are having trouble getting one, some or all of their Wardens to sync. There seem to be a lot of possible reasons for this, but the first thing to remember is that - if you can't get your Wardens to sync - it won't affect DA:I for you. When a Warden "syncs", the name and a small portrait of your Warden is carried forward into the Heroes section of your Tapestry. However, the Warden doesn't appear in DA:I, so this is just a record of what you did in the past. None of the decisions made by your Warden are imported by the Keep. You always have to recreate those manually in the Tapestry, whether your Wardens have successfully synced or not.
If none of the "stickied" solutions help, therefore, one workaround that might work is to download the standalone DA:O Character Creator (should still be available at FilePlanet) and create a new character in that. Use it to recreate the look of your old character(s) and give him/her the same name. Hit the Upload button at the end and it should appear in your list of heroes in the Keep about 30 minutes later. It's not ideal but do remember: that's all that syncing a character would give you anyway!
Note: A couple of people have said the standalone CC doesn't work for them either, so there's no guarantee it will work. For me though, it did work even though I haven't managed to get any of my actual in-game characters into the Keep, so it's probably worth a try. Plus, if it does, it's a very quick and easy workaround.
