No one seems to be talking about this, but have any of ya'll heard her or have information proving she'll be heard in DAI or not? Her voice is Angelic.

I don't know about "angelic" but she has a strong singing voice. David Gaider linked a youtube vid of one of the sung tracks from Inquisition and it is like a hymn, so I think the composer might have moved away from a solo voice.

From what I've heard skimming through the soundtrack, I haven't heard her, sadly. I haven't gotten through it all yet, though.

Although the track in the astrarium puzzle sounds a lot like her.
Bit you can hear it clearly starts about a minute in. Almost sounds like a slower 'I Am the One.'
