I still can't share my world state myself, it doesn't recognize any friend.
Keep's "an error occurred" message, it's rare and generally disappears upon refreshing.
But I can see the 2 world states I've made.

I had that problem for most of the beta honestly. I'm not sure why I'm not getting it all of a sudden; it seems to have been working better after The Last Court began. I have had better luck getting it to work in Chrome as opposed to Firefox, which is my default browser. And it'd usually cooperate after refreshing the page a couple of times.
I did notice that if my internet connection wasn't at its best, I'd have more of a problem, so you may want to check your connection.

Looks like that's not the case, pretty good connection right now.

I have absolutely same problem, nothing works. I have wrote email to support, unfortunately no answer. It seems that the problem is with account itself.

O think I got it. Same problem.
There are some Accounts, that you can see in Origin, but in Keep they are bugged. So if you have such an Account in your FL its bad. And if this friend sends you his/her world state its even worse. If this friend is just in your FL you can delete him and the keep should work now. But if this "non existing" friend has send you the world state nothing you can do will work.
I have the problem. Can see this special friend in Origin but it cant find him in the keep. He has send me his world state and since that I got this error all the time. I hope EA can fix the problem till release.

well the more info the keep team gets. Hopefully the quicker it will be fixed.
I wonder if they are able to access people's accounts to see it happen?

Yeah, the support got both emails from me. My account and the bugged account. I think they can fix it or at least reset the keep. Then you still cant get the worldstate of your "bugged" friend but the rest should work properly.

I hope this doesn't effect my save import on Tuesday.
I have the exact same problem as you and others in this thread: empty world state page (that looks like this person's here), missing friend's list, and the error message. But hopefully the following helps you and others.
I lucked out because my current World State (i.e. the one in the Tapestry) is one I had made and intended to use for my first playthrough of DAI. Just as importantly, I was able to click the "Use on Start of New DAI Game" button/arrow (to see it, click on the globe icon on the upper right of the screen; this will reveal the right sidebar which enables one to set the current Tapestry as the state to use for a new game); then I successfully saw it loaded as the default state to be imported (look for the green checkmark on the bottom right; that indicates your Tapestry has been successfully loaded).
It's not a fix for the issues. But it is, hopefully, evidence that one's current Tapestry will be imported properly, despite issues within the Keep that some of us are seeing.
If unfortunately your current Tapestry isn't one you had intended to import, then my advice is workaround this by changing the decisions in the loaded Tapestry to reflect what you want to see imported into your first playthrough. Then make it the default state to load (following the instructions described above) and wait 21 hours or so to see if it imports properly.

Thankfully I set up my default world state before the problem, my main concern is being unable to import my choices because of the Keep error.
I know. My last post was, ultimately, an attempt to find a way to not have to worry about the Keep errors come 21 hours or so from now.
Are you able to click the globe icon in the upper right, click the "Use On Start Of New DAI Game" (actually the button says "Export to DAI" before you finish this process, sorry for the misunderstanding), and see it successfully loaded as your default state to be imported into DAI? After you click the button, you should see a green checkmark if the switch from default to the current Tapestry was successful. What follows goes for everyone who uses the Keep: if you don't do this, then your Tapestry won't actually be imported in the Keep, even if you weren't having any problems or issues. That much is for certain. You must select "Export to DAI" and make sure the green checkmark appears.
Of course, I don't know with certainty that errors in the Keep won't affect an import. But I am doubtful that they will. DAI appears to look for the single Taptestry one selected for export into DAI; not the friends list or the collection of world states in the other sections of the Keep website. For example, click this link and pause the video. At that 2:30 marker you can see the prompt that comes up, in game, to ask if one wants to import a custom world state. Blah, blah, spoiler alert, whatever. It's worth sharing because, if I've got my facts right, DAI only looks for that world state you selected for export in the Keep. Since I've had no trouble changing decisions and seeing those changes stick within the Keep (which reminds me--is everyone else in this thread able to make changes and see those changes stick in their Tapestry after logging out and then logging back in, too?), and with my world state is successfully setup for export, I'm optimistic that the issues we in this thread are having will be limited to the Keep itself and not affect the world state import. After all, the friends list and the world state lists have to do with the Keep's website. But DAI appears to only care about a world state successfully selected for export. And if the choices made within the Tapestry are sticking and selecting that Tapestry/world state for export registers fine, then it's possible the bugs with the friends list, the error pop ups, and the missing world state lists are neither connected to the Tapestry section of the website nor going to influence the success of a Tapestry export into DAI. See what I'm saying?

I have been having an issue with the keep ,it keeps giving me a
"secure failed connection the page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received date could not be verified."
I have tried trouble shooting it, i cleared my cookies. I even tried different browsers. but nothing seems to work i keep getting that message.
and when i try to log into the it by my ps4 it just goes into black screen saying it loading to the severs but I end up waiting over 20 minutes before i close it.
I did not know if this is the right place or not to report the issue but I have been trying to figure it for over a week.
