Sorry, no bromance for shep and Garrus. However you can become very close in a "best buds" kind of way, at least that's what I hear from one of the male denizens of the Garrus Love Thread who was fortunate enough to get the game early.

I'll imagine my MaleShep is romancing Garrus, and that my FemSheps are romancing Tali and SuZe. In my role-playing mind, just because it's not shown doesn't mean it's not happening.

On one hand, Thane looks perfect. Absolutely wonderful. On the other hand, I've wanted to romance Garrus since forever, and now have the option to do so.

Thane first maybe, then Garrus and/or Jacob possibly. Looks like I'm cheating on Kaidan! Maybe I'll do a faithful playthrough sometime. Heck, I'll probably even make a maleShep to see how the guys' LIs are in comparison to our LIs. If I do play a maleShep, I'd try the Tali thing first just to see if we get a look at a Quarian's face finally (but I'd prefer it if females could have a fling with Kal'Reegar ).

That is assuming of course that both characters are LIs. In ME1 the paragon had romanced Liara, and the renegade romanced Ashley. Both were male.

I will try them all in one game or anouther as well as stay faithful to Ash and Liara in a game.

My main game though, im a womanizer, I LOVE the OPPOSITE SEX so its free game for all  Like DA:O the more the merrier and Like DA:O ill probably be upset there a few woman NPCs I cant romance! LOL

After first game, illplan the romances better and more specific to each character

I want to romance all of the possible female characters, but will start with Miranda, Tali and then SuZe.

My ME1 play through was as femshep.  I am a male and was playing a female character and have no interest in romancing a male.  I'm disappointed in the no fem/fem romances in ME2.  Hence, I have downloaded someone else's maleshep savegame via http://www.annakie.com/me/home.htm , which had the same decisions as myself.
