Can you go to the Tapestry? What shows up if you hit the globe on the right? Have you been able to see them previously or is this your first time on the Keep?

Tapestry is fine. I can see and edit only the last world that I used before the last update.
It shouldn't matter, but have you tried both clicking the "load another worldstate" button as well as the "worldstates" button from the dropdown menu?
Submit it as feedback as well to make the keep devs aware of the issue
Yeah, I fixed it the same way but it came back! I've got a support PM going now to find out what's up.
Solved it.AstroCat with his post got me thinking that the error connected to the friend list in my EA account. So I went to the Origin and found out that I have couple of friend requests, I deleted them and everything working great now. Even the message about error gone now =)

But It seems to be the problem. I have a friend who can see me, but I cant see him as friend. And he has tried to share a world state with me. Ha has deletet me as friend but I still got the error. :/

Yeah, I deleted the friend requests, logged in and out and it worked.
BUT, the very next time the error is back with no friend requests.
All this sent as PM already, but posting for others to see as reference.
I'm also having this same issue. Followed all the trouble shooting steps but no luck! Same error in Dev Console.
Yeah, just tried it, still not fixed.
It has nothing to do with the friend requests. The friend is bugged in the Keep. So if you have it on your friend list its bugged, if you have it on your open friend-request list its bugged. You have to totally delete your friend from your list. But if this friend has send you a message or shared the world state with you, your keep is "infectet" with data from this non existing friend and the keep crashes.
You cant delete the world state this friend send you, course you cant open the world state page. Even if this works maybe some bugged data stay somewhere in your keep system.
Yeah, I have no idea which friend is causing this issue. My friend's list in the Keep is blank, I get the error (in and out of console), can't share World States, and my WS is blank. Was hoping for a fix today, with the game being out tomorrow.

If it helps anyone in this thread, try to setup the current Tapestry to represent the choices you wanted exported into DAI and then make sure said Tapestry is successfully setup to export into DAI. I created some instructions here for reference. The important thing, while waiting on a fix for today (there's still time left before midnight), is try and make sure that inconveniences with the Keep do not affect exporting a world state into DAI. That link is the one workaround I've thought of and it's better than refusing to start up DAI tonight for fear that a Keep issue will make it not work.
And if it's at all reassuring, I have no trouble logging into my EA account in game with Origins and 2. I don't imagine there'd be any trouble with DAI, but we'll see.

Just checked the Keep and it seems that all the issues are fixed -- at least on my end.

Is it just fixed, that the keep dont work and you cleared the infected accounts. Or is the whole problem fixed, that there are accounts that cant share world accounts with you and are invinsible in the keep?
My problem is that I dont have the previous games on my account and I need the custom worldstate from another account. I might can set my own desicions via keep but I cant import my Heroes that way. My keep works now but I dont have the shared world state I wanted. If I get the world state from this other account my keep might get bugged again.
edit: Oh...still cant see this one account in the keep (but in origin)....seems still bugged .

Ok, my keep is not bugged and I got the world state. But not the custom Heroes-Profiles. :/
So i have the same problem but i can't unfriend anyone because i can't click on the globe button no matter which device, network or browser am i using...any help?
I don't want to spam or anything but is actualy someone looking into this? Because i'm afraid that with Europe launch there will be plenty of bugs in game to fix and being unable to import my decisions in DA:I kinda ruins the whole experience.
Edit: So apparently my problem is not on the Keep side but on EA, thanks Bioware support for help!
