Alirght, so I'm not thrilled by that drastic reduction in NPCs.  But here's how I'm rationalizing it:  If I don't know where the extra NPCs will be, I can't feel like they are missing.  So since I don't have the option to play on the XBONE right now and I'm stuck with 360, I'm just going to make do with what I have and not think about what I could have.  When I finally upgrade, I'll end up buying another copy of this, I'm sure, so I can revel in the beauty of extra NPCs at that point.
