Trying to contact EA but the timer just resets

Panic averted. We've finally made contact, an end is in sight. Turns out that Firefox was the problem (it wouldn't let me start a chat) so I just opened up Safari instead, that seems to have worked. Thanks for all the suggestions though, really means a lot to a fellow DA player.

wow, you know i have been having TONS of issues with firefox as of late...
i just flipped back to google chrome and its almost like a fresh install of windows its running so much better now...?
who knows.
glad your stuff is ok now.
