I've played through the Last Court. I got a message that said my choices and accomplishments would be visible in the keep. The problem is that I can't find them. It's probably not been implemented yet, but it's getting very close to release.

We're working on putting your Last Court progress into the Keep and are so glad to see everyone enjoying the game. The choices don't have any impact on DAI though, hope this helps!

There was a rumour going round about a single choice that would impact DAI. I guess not everything learned on the BSN is to be believed.
