On my origin preorder says 20th November, it was 21st when Bioware announced a while ago. Even on wikipedia page it is 20th now, but if you check bioware news it says November 21st.

Yeah, the release date for most of the EU has always been the 20th, and the 21st for the UK. Basically, what Bioware means is that 21st is the latest any European can get the game.

Most of the EU (France, Germany, Spain, etc.) gets it on the 20th. The UK and some others on the 21th.

No Origin has it's own setting for language.
