Still getting the error Oops, an error has occurred. Please refresh the page and retry every time I log in. I have tried the troubleshooting steps with no luck and have even tried multiple computer.

I created a new Origin account and was able to log in to the Keep that way but this is not a solution since I will be playing on Xbox One and my main account is linked.

Is anyone else having this issue and am I just screwed from recreating my DA:O and DA II world states?

Does that new origin account work?

Can you link you XBox live account to it?

Have you submitted a bug report?

Also check your original origin account on the origin website and check if you have any friend requests.

I'm having the same problem.  I've tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, all with the same result.  Also tried resetting my world state.  This didn't happen the last time I tried the keep a few weeks ago.  I hope they get it sorted out today.

Yep. It's a known issue, though, and hopefully will be fixed today. Or, at the very least, that it won't affect exporting a world state into DAI. Follow these instructions and one should be fine; because hopefully an issue with the Keep website will affect importing the world state in your Tapestry into DAI.

I'm having a lot of problems when I want to load my tapestry, it's just impossible. Every time I log in and after a few minutes trying to load the tapestry a message pops up: "Oops, an error has occurred. Please refresh the page and retry". I'm really desperate, I want to start DAI a second time, but for that I must personalize the tapestry with the story of my other characters and, of course, I will not play it again until I can import my second world. I already have tried the tips Bioware has posted here but nothing has worked to me.

Please help me!

I really love DAI and I want to play it two more time at least.

I just tried playing my Dragon Age Games, and on each of them, it said that EA Account has been banned. And when I tried to log in to my Dragon Age Keep Account, it said my Account or Password was incorrect. So after I changed my Password, I finally was able to get in, but all i'm getting now is a message saying that to Refresh and try again. I rarely visit the website, so why is this happening?

Everytime I log onto DA Keep I always get the "Oops, an error has occurred. Please refresh and try again." I cleared my cache, went on other browsers, but nothing seems to work. I was able to edit the tapestry before I linked my xbox 360 account to it, and now I can't edit the tapestry.

Please help, thanks.
