My Warden made the Ultimate Sacrifice. What happens to all the desicions I made in Awakening with the Orlesian Warden, since the Orlesian Warden doesn't appear in the Keep?

You still put in the Awakening choices in the appropriate tiles.

The game will assume the Orlesian warden did all the post-DLC if the warden did the ultimate sacrifice so you can still select those tiles. One thing to note is that it still buggy given that the orlesian warden can't go through the eluvian with Morrigan.

This. Also the keep assumes that the Orlesian Warden made those choices and will not resurrect your Warden from Origin.(Like Awakening did).

if you have the pc version you can use your dead warden to import the chhoice then use the console command to change the background of your character to orlesian warden and the mod face replacer to change the appearence.

Or for DAi you can use the keep to make your decision.

Feel free to use your old character because in DA2 end also in awakening you are marked as Ultimate sacrifice.

It weirds me out that we can't choose an Orlesian Warden in this case.

 

The Hero of Ferelden died doing the Ultimate Sacrifice, and an Orlesian came in to do Awakening. That's fine. But WHICH Orlesian? I hope that gets mentioned or addressed or something.

I think I saw someone mention that BW is looking into adding the Orlesian Warden, which is great if true
