I've already finished the game on Insanity, but now i'm going for NG+... Do you guys have any good Engineer Build + bonus power there?

Thx, and sorry for my bad english.

This is my current setup

Combat Drone: Detonate, Shields & Damage, Chain Lightning
Sabotage: Duration, Explosive Hack, Berserk
Tech Mastery: Reputation & Duration, Squad Bonus, Power Mastery
Inferno Grenade: Damage, Max Capacity, Armor Damage
Weapons: Avenger V, Predator V

There is also RedCaesar's Puppet Master and No snakes alive's Drone Master Engineer of which RedCaesar made videos here: Link. Capn233 ran a Combat Engineer

These are the ones that come to mind

So I take it you already played the Engineer through once?

Well, there are several different playstyles and builds you can use, but a lot of it depends on how you want to purposely play the Engineer. To clarify, at level 60, you can max all but one power, so you are mostly choosing which power you do not want to max. Even at level 60, you are mostly using only 3-4 powers, so 1 or 2 powers are going unused anyway.

So with that out of the way...

Typical Power/Combo-focused Engineer:

Uses Sabotage, Overload, and Incinerate.

Sabotage: Backfire - Explosive Hack - Tech Vulnerability

Overload: Damage - Neural Shock - Shield Damage (can switch out Damage for Chain Overload if you want more crowd control)

Incinerate: Damage - Burning Damage - Armor Damage (can switch out Damage for Radius if you want to hit more enemies)

Tech Mastery: Damage - Damage and Capacity - Power Mastery (can switch out Damage and Capacity for Squad Bonus if prefer stronger squadmate powers)

Everything else is a bonus. Combat Drone and Sentry Turret can be good to get Cerberus Guardians to turn their back to you.

Best bonus powers: Fortification for the best power damage bonus (rank 5 power synergy) and damage reduction, Defense Matrix for shield restore and tech power damage at rank 5, AP Ammo for a little extra weapon damage and cover penetration.

Weapons: use whatever you want. Pistols and SMGs can give you a Power Amplifier mod (Citadel DLC required) I prefer sniper rifles, mostly the Viper although the Kishock (one of the weapons DLCs) is good too.

Drone Master Engineer;

Uses Combat Drone, Sentry Turret, and Defense Drone for distraction and a little damage while you shoot the enemies.

Combat Drone build 1 (pure distraction): Explosive Drone - Shock - Chain Lightning

Combat Drone build 2 (damage dealer): Shields and Damage - Shields and Damage - Rockets

Sentry Turret build 1 (damage dealer): Shields and Damage - AP Ammo - Rockets

Sentry Turret build 2 (distract and disable): Shock - Cryo Ammo - Flamethrower   <<< I prefer this build

Defense Drone (bonus power): Range - Damage and Range* - Chain lightning     * Attack rate at rank is bugged.

Tech Mastery: Damage - Damage and Capacity - Drone Mastery (can switch out Damage and Capacity for squad bonus if you want)

Alternate bonus power: Decoy, although I think Decoy is terrible. Recommend speccing it for shock and detonation.

Weapons: Use whatever you want. I used shotguns and ran around like an idiot.

Combat Engineer (ME3 multiplayer Engineer type build):

Uses only Combat Drone, Overload, and Incinerate to match the ME3 initial Human Engineers.\

Overload: Chain Overload - Neural shock - Shield Damage

Incinerate: Radius - Burning Damage - Armor Damage

Combat Drone build 1 (pure distraction): Explosive Drone - Shock - Chain Lightning

Combat Drone build 2 (damage dealer): Shields and Damage - Shields and Damage - Rockets

Bonus power: AP Ammo. Spec for Damage - Headshots - Damage

Tech Mastery: Damage - Damage and capacity - Power Damage

Weapons: Use whatever weapons you want.

Honorary Quarian Engineer (ME3 multiplayer Engineer type build):

Uses only Sentry Turret, Cryo Blast, and Incinerate to match the ME3 Female Quarian Engineer.

Sentry Turret build 1 (damage dealer): Shields and Damage - AP Ammo - Rockets

Sentry Turret build 2 (distract and disable): Shock - Cryo Ammo - Flamethrower   <<< I prefer this build

Cryo Blast: Radius - Cryo Explosion - Frozen Vulnerability
Incinerate: Radius - Burning Damage - Freeze Combo
Tech Mastery: Damage - Damage and capacity - Power Damage

Bonus power: AP Ammo, spec for damage - headshots - damage

Weapons: Use whatever weapons you want. I prefer the Claymore.

Puppet Master Engineer:
Uses Dominate (requires Leviathan DLC), Sabotage, and Combat Drone to distract and control. Can also substitute or add in Sentry Turret and/or Cryo Blast for even more control.

Sabotage: Backfire - Explosive Hack - Tech Vulnerability
Combat Drone: Explosive Drone - Shock - Chain Lightning
Dominate: Duration - Damage - Vulnerability (you want it to last long, and be able to kill the dominated target quickly when needed)

Sentry Turret (optional): Shock - Cryo Ammo - Flamethrower
Cryo Blast (optional): Radius - Cryo Explosion - Frozen Vulnerability

Tech Mastery: Damage - Damage and Capacity - Power Mastery (can switch out Damage and Capacity for Squad bonus if desired).

Weapons: Use whatever you want. I used shotguns a lot and eventually stuck with the Claymore. you may prefer a more ranged option to let the hacked/dominated targets fight  for you while you shoot at longer ranges.

That should get you started.

One thing I like to do is "pick three": pick any three powers and make that my build. I play on a console so I can only map three powers to hotkeys. This is also like in multiplayer when you can only have three powers.
