I was super lucky to get into a really good group, and I scooped up a bit over 300K in zenni, so I'm off to practice a bit more before I face Buu
do you breaks inbetween fights, or do we have to fight him like we did Freezia's forms?

It's Super Buu w/ Piccolo, Super Buu w/ Ultimate Gohan, Kid Buu w/ ultimate Gohan.
Also the last two stages involve Buu chasing after you and pummeling you while Gohan struggles to get a few hits in. Because Buu's smacking you around while your trying to charge your ki.
Greaaaaaaaat.
Well, at least I get an alley..........
So fighting in SSJ form is gonna be really tricky
Level 25 and I finished the first quest in the Cell Games Saga, and the quet I'm on right now is ridiculous. I have to fight Uber-Hercule and Perfect Cell with SSJ Goku by my side, but Goku bails out when his health gets too low, and both Hercule and Cell don't seem to flinch from my attacks. I'll land 3 or 4 hits on them, but they'll ignore them and open up a combo on me. I have no idea what's allowing them to do that. Full Power Final Form Frieza does the same thing.
Also, the disparity between boss character health and player health is awful. I don't mind grinding and farming PQ's for skills and equipment, but it gets really tedious when the bosses in the PQ's have mountains more health than you do (especially when you trigger a WARNING!! and the boss powers up and refills his health bar).
Wait until you get to the bosses with double health like Beerus, Whis, Broly, and Demigra.
It ain't fun.

SSJ2 Vegeta has double health bars during the last training mission. Thankfully, you only have to reduce his health, you don't have to beat him.
Only problem with that is since this is a pseudo-fighting game, the high-level enemy AI basically cheats. SSJ2 Vegeta has nanosecond reaction time and can block while still recovering from attacks. Probably my fault for building a melee-focused male Saiyan. I keep hearing how melee Saiyan is a bad idea since building for Ki Blast Supers are more effective, so I think I might just end up rerolling a human (or a female Saiyan, since I still want access to SSJ transformations, and they have a bonus to Ki abilities). My basic attacks his for a lot of damage, but the bosses hit for far harder (being bosses and all) and the lower health for Saiyans kills me, even with almost 20 points put into my health + bonus points from my clothes and equipment.
Yeah, that Hercule part was tough on lower levels. I ended up just grabbing him a few times, flying back and trying to get my Ki-Super off a few times. Leveling up can help a bit too.

that could be level difference or your strikes aren't hard enough to get through their defense, that happens in the reverse to my majin, who by default have high defense when at max ki. Wait till you fight Broly. You have to do a significant amount of damage before you get through his defense shield or armor or whatever you want to call it.
I'm almost lv. 50 and I'm getting thrashed by Mira
Argggggh! I beat him last that!
I'm a super sayian! I can't lose to him!

Toki Toki City is now officially new planet Vegeta.
Also created a new character, earthling.
How hard are these dragon ball quests?
I only did one. Got all 3 before the time ran out. Went to important items, they're not there.
I just want to unlock more character slots ![]()
You get more slots for beating the game.
And you get Dragonballs for beating Time Patrol candidates in PQs.
Yeaaaaah I JUST found that out.
I thought getting the dragon balls was those missions where you find them and take them back to the ship
How the heck were you supposed to guess that random time patrollers that randomly appear, and may randomly drop a freakin dragon ball, were the clue?

I don't get it.

Can't say I blame them. The allure of SSJ is strong.

Too bad that all SSJ in this game is about spamming Ultimate's.
I went ahead and made a female saiyin brawler. It's working out pretty well. However, after reading around I really should have went human or majin if I wanted a lady that can get in people's face and rip it off. Ah well. Working on gathering the dragon balls while leveling to fix some mistakes to my stats. Funny how in this game the humans are better at punching things.
Also working on the Z soul, "This world doesn't need a god." Big boost to health, regular attacks and striking plus when your stamina is max you get health regeneration and while your ki is maxed you get instant guard. Seems useful.
A question about names. What do you folks think of the name Cuu for a Majin? After all the original is Buu. I was also thinking Cuu as she's cute.
How do people allocate their stats?
When I made my chick, I picked the balance option, since I wasn't sure how mechanics worked
So I'm like lv. 48 or something now, my ki is like 28, my strike is like 25, and so on my health is like 30 stuff li8ke that
I realyl reall really wanted to make a female freezia.......but then I forgot...Freezia like...has...no gender.....or something
I may makea female majin that sounds interesting
I doooo love earthlings.......but.....no SSJ

I don't even have SSJ (only up to Kaioken x20, and that took me a good 3 hours of consecutive farming to get). I'm farming for it, but the friendly AI in the PQ is atrocious, and when Goku turns SSJ, he only ever goes for Frieza (and if Frieza goes down, the mission ends).
How do people allocate their stats?
I started with the intent of making a melee brawler male Saiyan, so primarily Health, Basic Attacks, and Strike Supers. I dropped that pretty soon though when I saw how hard bosses were hitting me with Ki Supers, so I dumped points into that as well.

With 144 points your stats should be a good bit higher then that. Now keep in mind that your skills should reflect your build as well. For example I like support abilities. Fighting pose E boost your normal attacks a good bit and fighting pose K makes it so you can't be stunned. Thus you can pummel the ever living crap out of things. Well that's my theory. I have fighting pose E and feel I'm doing well. Farming K up is proving to be a complication though. I don't have any points in ki supers with my brawler and thus she doesn't use such attacks unless i have no choice.
With a female majin I'm thinking a lot of points into health as that's their strong point, some into ki and the wrest into regular attacks. This may blow up in my face something awful though. Now if you're wondering. Why no stamina? Majin gain a defense increase when their stam is maxed and there is a move that automatically restores 2 stamina at the cost of one ki. Thus I believe I should keep my stam low so it's easy to keep it capped.
Not sure about the ki though as I don't know if I need any. Fighting poses cost nothing but a little time. Typically gained by throwing the enemy and while they're down using one.
