Happens. But it's funny. The fanbase of the the game laughs it off (because it's a silly little glitch) but one SJW sees it. Doesn't even research the problem, and launches a rant about it.

God the Saiyan Battle is the most time consuming battle in the whole game, i want that Training Outfit, but damnit if it isn't a terrible fight to do online or off.

I don't remember the name of the quest, but the one where you have to fight Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, 18, Piccolo, Kid Trunks, Future Trunks, Vegeta, Goten, Gohan, and Goku all back-to-back-to-back is masochistic. The fighting itself isn't bad so long as you SSJ spam ultimates, but Christ is it tedious, especially when Goku gets back up and goes SSJ3 and grows a massive health bar and launches nonstop Super Kamehamehas at you. By the time you get to Goku and Gohan on the final stage you only have 3 or so minutes left because the previous 37 fights take up a lot of time. By the time Goku turns SSJ3, you have maybe 1 whole minute to win.

 

But then I'm only level 65.

There is also the fact that SSJ4 isn't a Super Saiyan form at all but a more controlled if not compressed state of the Oozaru Form. So the fur makes a lot of sense, since it's a hybrid of the base saiyan form + oozaru form. Also the way to achieve the form is nothing like the previous SSJ forms. You don't get more angry or push into some deeper well or reservoir of power/ki/will power or whatever have you, it's purely biological in that it requires a full blooded Saiyan to absorb a large amount of brutes waves from a moon, and then reawaken their I guess full consciousness while in oozaru and purposely change/control the transformation? it's hard to break down since it's all nonsense, but I loved it anyway. the GT Oozaru transformation for Goku and his subsequent transformation into SSJ4 were classic if not the most memorable transformations in either series with only the original SSJ Goku transformation coming close to it in splendor in my opinion.

I'm questioning that thought though after reading some fan statements on how characters are miss used. For example Vegeta being a punching bag for the big bad used to make Goku look good. Sort of like Krillin. I'm beginning to lean in the direction that it's less sexism and more that several characters were horribly horrible miss used.

 

As I mention above my thoughts, in as far as DBZ goes, has began to change to that it's more miss use of the characters then sexism. Now as for the subject of something being sexist by portraying women as weak then yes. I absolutely hate the damsel in distress trope especially whenever the women are portray as panicky idiots in constant need of male protection. Well, there's the fact that DBZ doesn't actually portray any women as weak or in constant need of protection. 18 is one of the Z-Fighters and Krillin's wife. She's powerful enough to stomp SSJ Vegeta in the Android saga. Chi-Chi is the total opposite of weak. Videl and Pan both love fighting and are skilled fighters. Bulma is one of the most assertive characters on the show and characters actually fear her when she's angry.

Anyone complaining about the equality issues in this game specifically didn't think about the first villains, Mira and Towa.

 

Towa literally made Mira to be her slave, fighting her battles for her.

 

I think if it was the other way around, they'd be complaining about that.

i hope one of the future DLC's adds the Hera race (Bojack and Zangya's race.) I think they'd fit perfectly, though canon wise I think their race is dead because Bojack killed them off.

I agree with Frieza clan getting a transformation, though Super Buu/Kid Buu should be body types than transformations because those were under certain circumstances that caused them

 

Nemakians can get like a Super Namekian boost (like getting an aura like Mystic Gohan)

 

Human's I guest could get KaioKen x50 exclusively to them or something

I think each transformation should have their own pros and cons.

 

Such as going from Super Buu to Kid Buu you weaken but become insanely fast.
