I easily defeated Raditz, but I failed to beat Mappa in the first try and I exited the game. I hope I don't need to kill another 12 of those little monsters again to fight Mappa.

The game definitely requires a lot of patience, both in terms of leveling your avatar and farming Parallel Quest for special drops.

In fairness. After you beat the game, leveling your other characters gets really easy.

Well yeah, you're surpassing God levels of power now, no one said it'd be easy.

Cleared through the main missions and did the Towa and Mira PQ.

 

It was ok I guess. But I don't have a very high opinion on GT.

The Saiyan pool you're taking from in Xenoverse, similar to the Majins, is the future Saiyan/Human hybrids, which is more accurate to say Saiyan mutated Humans.
 
Your Saiyan is essentially a Human descendant of Goku or Vegeta, that one day awoke their Zenkai, essentially becoming Saiyan.
 
They wouldn't grow tails because of their diluted Saiyan genes.

thats true for Dragon Ball Online, Xenoverse while borrowing some of the ideas from it doesn't necessarily mean it follows the same story when it comes to races and origins. For all intensive purposes your avatar didn't exist until the moment Trunks wished for you to be. It's why they don't need to explain your background, your lineage, or anything like that. You didn't exist before hand..Think about it like this, why would The Dragon not simply summon say Super Saiyan God Goku or someone far more powerful and willing to help Trunks with all this time nonsense? Why would he summon a weak random person out of the ether? There is no logic to it really, even the full blooded saiyans don't have animated tails and that is the tell sign right there. Vegeta only has a tail when in his original saiyan armor, same as Nappa and Raditz.  Every person who wears the same armor all of a sudden sprouts a tail. They simply didn't want to animate or add a tail to every outfit piece and then race restrict the appearance of it, or make entirely different versions of it simple to animate or show a Saiyan tail. I suppose you could say "hey but Freezas people have tails." indeed they do and they are poorly animated. Point Blank its unnecessary extra work. Maybe in the sequel should saiyans gain all their saiyan abilities like Oozaru Transformations they'll add tails to saiyan, even if they stay tucked around the waist.
