My stats are all in the high 20's early 30's.......

When in doubt. Spam ultimates (Chain Destructo disk in particular)

 

Otherwise. No clue how you're losing. I was about over 10 levels under you when I beat it.

When does Piccolo give another move? All I have is evil explosion.......I've tried like 3 different masters, haven't completed anything yet. Ugh.

 

Maybe my health? Health is like 31, my super strike, ki, etc are all like lv. 25, 28

You'll have to get your friendship for him up higher by using his moves and bringing him along on quests.

I stopped Vegeta's quest when he asked for that stupid z-soul. Cannot...even begin to tell you how many time I ground that PQ, and the lousy soul NEVER dropped.

 

Moves I really really want are perfect kamehameha, final flash, instant transmission

You need to grind out masters.

For example,

Replay the Destruction of Namek PQ and use evil explotion + Have piccolo in your party.

 

It's a quick mission you can easily Z rank if you're competent enough.

 

Just keep doing it until he teaches you a new move.

 

That's the strategy I used. Got Beerus' training done in a day doing it.

Be warned though, Vegeta's final mentor quest is stupid. You have to reduce his health 2 times. He starts in his base form and turns into his first SSJ form after his health bar is taken down. Later, he turns into his SSJ2 form and regains all of his health, on top of a second health bar (you'll need to remove his first health bar and bring his second to 50%). He WILL spam you with his own Final Flashes (which has a near-instant travel speed and does insane damage, on top of him having infinite ki).

Which trainer is the best? So far, I've seen kid Gohan, 18, Vegeta, Krillen, currently training with Piccolo, teen Gohan. Ginyu, Guldo

Only Gohan Trainer is Buu Saga Gohan with Videl.

The Other Gohans give out PQs.

 

Same with Guldo.

No. Any.

 

First complete the one Kid Gohan gives you. If you actually are level 52. You should be able to clear it.

Then you can start bringing people with you after.

Again. Because it's short.

You don't have to bring them around. You can do the missions with whoever you want, or solo them. But you do gotta use their moves. Each mentor teaches you 4 moves. 1 at the start, another after you beat them, another when you beat them agian, and then their final.

 

Rinse. Repeat. Grind. Use.
