I friend just sent a screenshot of his origin client like this

 

 

He's from Seattle. Is it a timezone matter?

I think 9pm is his timezone. My timezone is Mountain Standard Time (MST) and my game is available for me at 10pm, Nov17th. I'm one hour later than he is so in reality, I'm getting to play the game when he is getting to play it.

Yes, it's the timezone (PST). I'm also in Washington, and mine says 9pm as well. It will be 12am EST on the 18th.

Funny thing is, here in Brazil we use the 24hour format, and on preload day (november 14th), my origin client shows only 3h, which should be 3 am, but it only became available after 3pm (15h)

yup, for the west coast it's 9pm.

(though with VPN you could be playing as soon as 7am that day if you connect to korea)
