Keep Down/decisions not reflected?

Heya all!

 

Anyone else currently experiencing problems with the Keep giving a "server error" message, as well as save files/world states not showing up in game?  Was playing my game, went to talk to Varric about Hawke, and he said a bunch of things that were not accurate. I went ahead and tried to load the Keep to see what was going on, and got the Server Error message.

 

Any one else having these issues?

You have Inquisition already?

 

For the keep itself, I can't get the damn thing to load at all for the past several weeks. I got it to load twice in the past with semi early beta access but the Origin info was bugged at the time, so I still don't have my World State ready to go! :(

I had the Keep up a while back, got everything going, and the first time I loaded it up, it took the save file just fine, it seemed.  Then, like I mentioned earlier, Varric said Anders was in hiding, and I said 'NOAP, he ded.."  So, something is either down with the servers, or something is glitched.

 

 

Sorry to hear about your issues with the Keep, it is a ton of fun, and a great way for Bioware to really get the playthroughs connected.

If it went through the first time, I don't imagine the servers would have anything to do with it. If I recall, the only time DA:I needs the Keep servers is when it pulls up your save upon starting the game. After that, it's all in there.

 

So...something probably went wrong elsewhere. 

 

And I can access the Keep just fine right now, so no server errors over here.

When you started a new game, were you prompted to load a default or a custom world state?

I got it to load finally. It was weird, it's like my browser didn't like my Keep bookmark. I googled Dragon Age Keep and that loaded just fine. Freaking weird!

 

By the way, I hate all of you that seem to have Inquisition already! Kidding! ... Mostly.. lol

It did; or at least, it said it loaded a custom game. While the Keep is still down ("server error"), ODDLY, I was able to access the mobile version on my phone, which tells me one server is down, but perhaps not all.  I made a change, saved it, set the change back, saved, and then loaded a NEW DAI game.

 

This time, it took the custom game fine, fast tracked through the prologue, and confirmed; Varric said the right things (Anders dead, Bethany alive and Circle, etc)

 

So, if anyone has the same issue, that fixed it for me.
