This is probably the closest thing we are going to get to a spirtual sucessor to Neverwinter Nights for a long time at least in terms of world building and multiplayer aspect. While it does not use the D&D ruleset the devs have stated that it will be one of the many customizable features players will have control over. I think anyone who liked what NWN1 and 2 offered would agree that this project should be supported especially with nwn aging as it is.
