The thing is if you bothered to read the sticky about Cerberus network you'd know this info.
Hell all you need to do is click the bioware logo under some of the threads (it will show only the developer comments, the link I made).

I snapped and threw an insult cause you were needlessly rude yourself to others that just tried to help.

Apology accepted, didnt mean the mom thing, but did you ever consider that i just didnt see it, if you would have been decent enough just to link it to me it would have ended this far quicker then what it dragged on for, i was just dissapointed in the attitudes of some of these people in the forum how arrogant and self righteous some of them can be, some of us dont spend our waking hours on these forums and are just passing through so just show some consideration ....

It's because we took the time to learn the info. Before you even bothered looking, you came in, rude, calling us fools and liars. No one HAD to link you anything. It's called getting off your ass and looking for it yourself.

The only reason i can see it being free is if it was planned as in the the game originally and they ran out of space on the disc, or to help with first hand sales ......

That's laughable logic.

If people are here more so than yourself, you should be more respectful of their word rather than calling them arrogant. Did you ever realize that they might, I don't know, KNOW MORE THAN YOU. And that maybe your query is  mundane and commonplace and typically not subject to such scrutiny unless by an over-demanding confirmation junkie like yourself.

Like wise, if you're asking for someone's help, that inherently gives you no right to call anyone out. You didn't even ask for links until you started calling people arrogant.

Once you are a member, Cerberus Network content is available to you at no extra charge.

But maybe you're right, only assumption.

Also it says "Additional paid DLC will be available and will not require the Cerberus Network to purchase" that says to me not all content from this network will be free, also says nothing about the hammerhead which concludes that this (hammerhead) will not be free ...

the key point here is

Meaning you dont need cerberus to get paid content at all wich would insinuate they have a different method for distributing paid content aside from cerberus and implies all Cerberus Material will be Free of charge though does not garuntee. However from the wording it is highhly likely that all cerberus net contentent will be free for download.
