I'm a little tired of every single elven thread getting hijacked by people who do nothing but express disdain for them. Months of this asinine garbage happening to every single elven thread have tested my patience.

This is why you have loyal Elven fans ready to defend the thread! How many people have come to the Imperium support thread? Telling us "slavery is bad" "Tevinter is the epitome of evil" "i want to burn Tevinter to the ground" We either dicuss it or simply shrug it off.

Dealing with this type of derailing is precisely why elven fans created groups where they could discuss topics without dealing with people who hate the elves jumping and derailing the entire intent of the thread. I was clearly mistaken in thinking that anything has changed, because even after all this time, it's still mode of the same garbage. If you and the others want to turn this into an anti-elven thread, I guess nobody can stop you.

God, BioWare, this game is so gg, and since the power went out early I still haven't gotten to play it. Never been so hot and bothered by elves before.
Just made an elven inquisitor. She looks nice next to my dwarven Warden and human Hawke, really fleshes out my personal 'canon' history. I like the racial diversity of my current lineup.
I somehow never connected to elves before... I was only really doing it for Solas in the beginning, but now I'm doing it because I love my elf. The character creator is so awesome and the feel of the world so great that I can't help but feel sucked in. My empathy for the character and appreciation for her is just through the roof right now. Really fond of her look.
Mike and whoever else said that the English voice would suit the elves better proved true for me, at least for my soft-hearted mage. I'm going to use Sumalee for my brassier characters, not this delicate Dalish scholar.

Why assume they kill the third mage because they are the third in clan? They may be a danger to clan because they have magic but not powerful, it could simply be the dalish version of tranquility. And many mages prefer death to tranquility? I read in codex DA2 that mage children got shuffled between clans as magic was becoming rarer in clans.
