My Keep says the world I adjusted for the PC. I have never played DA on PC, and I can't figure out why it won't simply sync from my gameplay on the xbox. I don't even mind manually setting it up, but I have no idea where I would select the Xbox option instead of PC. Help!
Synced to wrong system?

You don't select anything anywhere, you just make the world state you want in the Keep and import it, it will import to every and DAI you happen to have registered to your account.
That's assuming you have your Xbox account linked to your Origin account.
You can check for that while you log in, there would be a list of your personas linked to your account, and it should say something like PS4: 0, Xbox: 1, PC:1 (even though you don't own PC version of the game).
