So im just replaying this game now and i had two times where npc's were not all loading.

 

I was just wondering is this normal i never remeber it from playing the game before.

 

I was worried maybe its my graphics card but everything else seems fine. 

 

1. At start of the game just as you get to the city and your talking to the smuggler to get in her hands never fully loaded and she look wacky. 

 

2. After one year in the city and meeting varric there was a guard walking around talking but was missing her hole body only her helmet was in game.

Well i have figured it out according om reddit and people replaying the game  The latest functioning driver version seems to be 340.52  All of the subsequent drivers seem to produce the graphical artifacts that were corrected two years ago.

 

Very odd bug and hopefully its fixed sucks having to go back to a July 2014 driver to play DA2 then update for DAI.
