Can you go Nightmare with friendly fire off? I'd be surprised.

You can. FF is a separate option and is off by default.

Hard mode for me, no friendly fire. Then I will try nightmare and after that I might try friendly fire

More seriously, depends on how NM is implemented. FF is a must for me, but if NM is similar to II´s level of stupidity (even critter mooks with full immunities, shorter abilities effect to enemies than shown in the description, 1HK from enemies befeore you even see them, rules assimetry,...), then I´ll skip NM. I want a challenge, not being trolled by the game.

I'll be playing on NM, will initially have FF enabled but then it depends on how it's implemented. If it's like DA2 and I will be one-shoting my teammates then I turn it off (unless I'm one-shoting the enemies too then I guess it's fair).
