Just curious, is 12am EST the first global release of the game? Or does it come out earlier elsewhere?

I'm pretty sure the first release is at 3pm tomorrow GMT/UTC, in South Korea (or approximately 21 and a bit hours).

Dragon Age Inquisition South Korean Unlock Time <- click on the link to see your local time.

 

The PC version of the game unlocks in 21 hours and 30 minutes in Asia. Use a VPN if you can't wait.

wait so according to that list in comes out in China in 5 1/2 hours? Because its 130am on monday right now there and it says 7am on the 17th...

PST is a time zone and it is not the time zone that China resides in.

Same. Bad enough I had to pay twice the amount origin mexico charges... There are limits to what I'll put up with.
