Hi,

I have registered my pre-ordered Collector's edition copy of DA:O, and despite all the pre-order item codes working, and the code for the Blood Dragon Armor working, the Collector's edition code does not work.

This means that I have correctly entered 6 codes correctly, so the problem is not with my method. It seems as though the code that was included with my copy of DA:O is simply invalid.

What should I do to resolve this? I am at a point in the game where the DLC is available through dialogue, and would like to access it.

For your reference, here is a list of the codes that I have:
Game Registration - Code successful
Pre-order content:

• Feral Wolf Charm - redeemed
• Memory Band - redeemed (but item has no stats in game)
• Dalish Promise Ring - redeemed
• The Lion's Paw - redeemed

Collector's Edition content:

• Blood Dragon armor - redeemed
• The Stone Prisoner / Warden's Keep - "Unable to redeem code." error occurs

Please note that the problem here is not to do with downloading content. All other content has downloaded and been enabled without error.

If you go to the Redeem promo code page there's a link at the top that will let you see what you have redeemed. My includes the warden's keep stuff. You have have got it added when you registered your game.

Thanks for that. That link confirms the following registered game promotions for PC:

Memory Band

Blood Armor

Lion's Paw

Wolf Charm

Promise Ring

Collector's Edition

As you can see, there is no Warden's Keep or Stone Prisoner.

Warden's Keep is only included with the digital deluxe edition - did you get a boxed CE or the digi deluxe?



Stone Prisoner however is included in either case. If you got a box version, the code for that should be on the reverse of the Blood Armor card. Is that the one that is giving you the redemption error?

I got two of my preorder dlckeys:

Memory Band & Guild Masters Belt



I redeemed the Guild belt at social site but i cant register the memory band.

I have tried several times and the site gives me different error codes.



Sometimes it seems it cant connect and now it says

"Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly.

Unable to redeem code."



Why cant i register soon my CE-box arrives hope there isnt any more DLC problems?

I am having the same problem with the Stone Keep/Shale code. I have entered and been able to redeem every other code except that one. It keeps telling me I entered the code incorrectly, but I am entering it exactly how it shows on the card. Anyone figure out what this is?

Same here... got the CE with 2 pre-order bonus items. Was able to successfully redeem all codes except the Stone Prisoner one. Keeps telling me "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. Unable to redeem code."

I really think the collector's edition stuff you get when you register the game (not the promo) on the site here. I could be wrong but it seems that's when mine showed up.

Thanks for the advice, JThayon. That did indeed solve the problem. I went to my Profile/Register Games, and entered the CD code of the game there. After that I tried entering the Stone Prisoner code again, and this time it was accepted!
