They've said repeatedly that it's a soon-to-be feature. But seriously right now  getting bugs worked out is probably their top priority because of Tuesday release day.

They have said boon won't be added, sleeping with Isabela prior to DA2: maybe, romancing two or more people: I don't think this will happen(Since they only care about who you ended up with at the end of the game) but you can submit as a suggestion.

So why have the boon for DAO and mention it in DA2, but not give a damn about it in DAI? Makes no sense.

I imagine the reasoning went like this:

DAO: "There is no guarantee that there will be a sequel, let's give the player's a nice capstone."

DA2: "Oh god the circle boon would make it impossible to tell any mage/templar stories in the future. We'll just have politics prevent it from sticking. Problem solved."

DAI: "Alright Mage/Templar war makes the circle boon irrelevant and just about every other boon is inconsequential. So we will just sweep them under the rug and we will never speak of them again as including the major ones was a mistake in the first place." "What about the Elvish boons?" "We will never speak of them again."

 

Edit: And I would not expect to see a tile related to sleeping with Isabella since that would be another tile tied to Allistair , and more tiles tied to him would make the Divine Justin cry.

Another good point to make here would be that even if they did add the boon tomorrow (not going to happen) then it would still have no impact on DAI because all the plot flags related to dAI are already set and done.

Well, until things are added, fixed, and deletable, I'll use a basic warden and hawke until I finish my canon runs, and won't be uploading my warden or hawkes to the Keep. Since my DAO is modded with Polygamy, Hello Leliana and Morrigan

 I would also really like to be able to delete playthrough states from characters that were deleted in the game. Currently, I believe it does not do this automatically (or at all), though I could very well be wrong.

There is no way for it to happen automatically without patching DAO and DA2 since data is only uploaded regarding a save while you are playing the save. I don't see them ever patching either one to add this since some people probably won't want this and it costs money to make patches and also to upload them to consoles.
