While I think Cass looks better in game than she does in the promo screens I will say she looks more like her brother than Cassandra.

(Despite how many people were spitting venom at DA2's versions of Alistair and Zevran)
At least I can tell Varric is Varric. Cass has an entirely different facial structure.

Thinking about this topic and all the "realism" defense arguments for silly walks and such as my mind wanders while I care for an infant, I think Bioware should have just filmed the whole thing in live action using real actors....
and dragons and whatnot.
