Hello there, and thanks for bothering to read this.

 

TL;DR version of my question: Will I be able to play the game on the 20th when it releases in Denmark, even though the preorder description states a Nov 21st release?

 

Longer version:

I live in Denmark and I'm not sure whether to preorder or wait untill the releasedate for my purhchase.

 

I've got a small question, and the answer should shed some light on this dilemma though.

In Denmark, we're getting the game on the 20th (not 21st, like  other parts of Europe). However, the pre-order description on PSN states that the game releases on the 21st..

 

 

 

Now, when the game releases on the 20th, it should be available on the store for us to download..

But I'd like to preload the game beforehand, and this is only possible for me to do, if I have a pre-order placed - but since the pre-order suggests a November 21. release, I might be locked out of the game for a good 24 hours.. and that would suck infinitely .

 

So, could it be that the "released 21. Nov 2014" is just a copy/paste job of the UK store, courtesy of Sony slackery, and I'd be able to preorder/preload the game soon, and play just fine on the 20th...

or could it be that the preorder/preload version of the game i tied to a Nov 21.st launch?

 

I'm trying to reach Playstation about this, but I've yet to get an answer - so I'm trying the Bioware forums now

The uk is mixed up too.
it should be released here on the 21st however my psn digital download says its available on the 20th.
unsure what is the correct date.

Same thing here, in stores on the 20th and PS says 21st. Starting to regret preordering, whats the point of a preorder if I get it a full day after its released in stores?

My call to the PS support yielded no results. He essentially logged on to his PSN account and told me that his preorder screen said "21st" as well (Scottish).

Yeah I checked some stores and they all release the game on the 20th, Sony really screwed up here. First & Last time I preorder anything from them

Likely the 19th, two days after the game is released in various regions. So its hardly a "preload"

Its supposed to be the 21st in the uk apparently.
Even on the preorder ps4 tab it says release date of 21st but my pre order countdown is saying its playable on the 20th.

You you went ahead and preordered it ? That makes me a little more comfortable - still not sure abt what to do, tho'

Well im just hoping I will be able to play it on thursday when I get back from work. I may even wait till midnight on Wednesday and do the CC.
if and I mean a big if... I can play it and my psn countdown dosnt change.

PSN mixed the dates up. UK gets DAI on the 21th, but the store claims that it's realeased on the 20th. Bioware if aware of that IRC.

Because I'm poor and the 70€ already went into my PSN wallet. And, of course, they don't refund you

Two reasons really - I've built up a lot of PSN credit that I need to spend, and I don't think DAI is gonna be a game I want to trade in, since I'm a massive fan

My advise, contact bioware, they have channels directly to Playstation. even thought his tweet is up, keep tweeting bioware and sony.. they need to get it sorted and not 'forget' about it.

FYI when im on the phone app and search Dragon Age it shows it to release on the 20th, regular site still shows 21st.

Does anyone else have trouble with choosing the game's language. The bloody thing won't let me choose anything besides polish and russian.

I want to play the game in original english, not some crappy dubbing. Please don't try to be helpful EA. Let me choose my preferred language. Please?

Yeah this is confusing for me too, I just tweeted Playstation Support to check.

 

In Australia (we use the EU PSN servers though) the digital release date is midnight on the 21st, even though the game releases at retail on the 20th.

 

It really sucks to get the game a day later than everybody else.

I also sent an email to Playstation Support in Australia to ask about this issue.

 

Now that I think about it, it might be because the UK release date is Nov. 21st, but EU and Australia are Nov. 20.

 

It would be disappointing if we got it 15 or 18 hours later than customers buying retail, to be honest.
