I also sent an email to Playstation Support in Australia to ask about this issue.

 

Now that I think about it, it might be because the UK release date is Nov. 21st, but EU and Australia are Nov. 20.

 

It would be disappointing if we got it 15 or 18 hours later than customers buying retail, to be honest.

Sony support are fairly clueless unfortunately, i always feel like my tickets never reach people that actually know anything or have to power to escalate it to the right teams.

best bet is to let bioware know.

Yep.. My guy just signed in on his account, which was Scottish, verifying the '21st' release date, indicated on the store. Good times.

I am from denmark as well buddy, but i chose to buy the physical version from coolshop, i expect it to be in my hands on the 20th, if not, it'll definetly be in my hands the 21th, as for psn, since it is region based, i am betting you won't be able to to get it before the 21th, but i could be wrong, all best of luck from here!

Weirdly, the transaction on the PSN store page says the purchase date for DA:I is Nov. 20. 

 

The download still seems to end on at midnight on the 21st, though.

Just looked...my purchase has downloaded from PSN, and it says Midnight GMT/UK wednesday (19th), so should be playable Thursday (20th) morning. It WAS listing Midnight Thursday yesterday, playble Friday. Thursday I have all day just me, so it would be rather nice! Unless gremlins are busy.

Preloading doesn't seem to be live in Australia yet, even though I'm pretty sure we use the same PSN region as the UK and Europe.

The reason i am saying it's preloading is that I have checked a lot, and I have 5 lots of 'dlc' codes registered as needing to d/load, but the main game is no longer on my downloads list. I assume that means it's happened/happening. If Gremlins are being naughty, then I may just have several dlc codes and no game

Maybe check if it's in your list of icons on the main screen? 

If it is, then it's pretty cool that you get to play the game so early, especially in the UK.

My psn countdown is also telling me its available by midnight wednesday. Im in the uk too.

I'm less and less inclined to pre-order from the PSN store;

Watch Dogs never unlocked and had to phone Sony

Destiny had DLC issues

Diablo had Pre order DLC issues

Lets not talk about Driveclub

 

and now DA:I has the wrong releasedate -.-

Ah, thanks for that, didn't realise. 

 

Hoping this can be fixed somehow though, unless the intention really is to unlock the game later than when it's available in retail stores.

Well I guess we will see after the tuesday/wednesday PSN store maintenance...Man, this is really disappointing. Luckily I have also pre-ordered the physical deluxe copy but I was kinda hoping I'd be able to play it at midnight.

If it ends up being Wednesday UK time that could well be Thursday AU time, and the game is supposed to be out then anyway.

No offence, but Sony support is clueless on this matter, they just repeat whats in the store. Thats why i reached out to BioWare.

Would be great if Bioware told Sony that we're supposed to play the game sooner, sadly I don't see that happening.

EDIT: Oh hey, if any of you preorderers could check your preload status, that'd be great. They substract the money 48 hours before launch and that should enable the preload. If it starts today, that should mean that the game is yours on the 20th.
