Game has realesed, I am still having that problem about not connecting to DA servers, cant import world state, cant play multiplaer, I think a dev should look at this, man this sucks!
EDIT: Ok everyone, I was able to fix this problem by uninstalling the origin client, then download it from origin site and installing it again.
