Yeah I saw that when they updated that and went through all way world states and changed them.

O.o Wha? Amelia's dad has been in there since the Keep went public. So what is the issue you are having?
When they updated it they changed the tiles and the choices, so if you originally had saved Amelia, the update moved that choice to Amelia and her dad alive, Amelia possessed. Basically everyone who was in the Keep during closed beta should check that their choice is the one they want.

Oh btw I've been wondering how on Earth could you get Amelia's dad possessed or killed? Are we supposed to go back to that map later or something? Because I only knew that you could either save Amelia, not do anything, kill both the demon and Amelia, or have her possessed. I never saw anything about the dad dying or getting possessed.

Supposedly, if you tell Kitty you'll think about her offer, and then go back to Amelia's dad and explain the situation, you can get him possessed(and kill him), just as you could Amelia... I've never done it, but it's interesting enough to make me want to try it the next time I play Origins(which won't be until next year because Inquisition is out in 14 hours)...
Edit: Also, this "bug" is just for those who participated in the closed beta and didn't check the tile after it opened to all... Nothing changed with my world states in the past week, but I had the same thing happen the moment the beta opened to all.
