First bench with 1x 980 @1440p 48.3fps, 36.7 min with recommended settings. With everything maxed at 1440p I get 33.1 Ave FPS and 24 min. Should do well with both GPUs once I get the other one from UPS tomorrow. Have not by any means finalized OC settings. Will update as I get better scores.

@UniformGreyColor
You should be getting better than me based on your CPU overclock (much easier to OC 4 cores over 8 cores to 4.5GHz) and GPU's being the new current kings. I've had my R290X cards for a while now, bought one in December and just got a second one because the price had fell down to $350 with $40 rebate and also AMD had a big game bundle you could get free with a R9290X card.
I can OC my video cards up to 1115 core but they run hotter than I like when i do that so I only do that for those bigger benchmark numbers.
Same with my CPU I can get it up to 4.5Ghz as well with the 8 core 5960X but it runs pretty hot at that speed and not super stable. Getting the 5960X to 4Ghz is really easy without even changing any power settings and it runs as cool at that speed as my older 3930K 6 core cpu did at stock speed.
I have six cores, 12 threads stock @3.3 GHz. You have the mother of all CPUs though so I would guess that would help some. I haven't at all got to max core or mem stability and I get a steady constant 1543 core and 1994 mem.

Yes sorry forgot the lower end version of the i7 5xxx series has 6 cores now. I almost went for the 5930k but I kept looking at those 2 extra cores on the 5960X and couldn't resist the pull ![]()

i7 3930K @ 3.8
16GB
2 x 660GTX in SLI
344.75
1920 x 1080
Win 8.1 64-bit
Using Automatic settings, mostly high, some med, and some ultra. In game I never saw it go below 90 and usually sits around 100. Hitting as high as 122.
Was running great. Then crashed while sitting in the conversion wheel for about 10 minutes. My wife called and said she wants to bring home this dog she almost hit until we can find the owner. Checked the event log and it appears to be a problem with my network card (Asus PCE-N13)?? Never happened before. I blame my wife

I am using a GTX 760 MSI TF OC and a I5-4570k processor.
I am getting like 15-30 fps, 40 in the best areas, even on lower settings.
It's been an unpleasant experience, I might use origins great game bit and get a refund...

Looks like the best I can do with my current set up with max settings @1440p is 35.3 ave, 25.7 min.

Edit: This bench take a ton of RAM and VRAM. ~4.98GB RAM and 4018MB VRAM.

I managed to set Mantle on image options (I had to uninstall and reinstall the last beta drivers of AMD) and the game works better now on High with some options on Medium. It works better, yes, but I think something it's not right on the game anyway, many stuttering moments.
My system:
Q9400
8 GB
R9 270x

CPU - Intel Core i7-4500U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.40GHz
Installed Ram: 8GB
GPU - AMD Radeon R9 M275
New PC gamer here - my only frame of reference is The Old Republic ran pretty well on close to all the high settings.
DAI is running like its in slow motion, but even before I get to the game, it freezes on the home screen, and several other screens. Not sure what's going on, but any help would be great.

You should be fine running on High, but it depends on your other components as well (processor and RAM amount).
See the charts in the OP.

If it's PC you should be able to download everything from Origin after you register the CD Key. Though I don't think you can download just the 3rd DVD

Doing a 1.2x DSR of 1080p. Almost always well over 60 fps Ultra with other AA turned off. Absolute minimums are just under 60.
Using adaptive vsync to settle for 60 fps without significant fps swings, but really wish could maintain higher minimums - even 72 fps looks amazing compared.
On a side note DSR really delivers, with better aa and less performance impact than MSAA

Log into origin and install game from there. I did and have had no hiccups as of yet.

AMD Radeon R9 290 here mostly 60FPS 1440P. Only problem is the cutscenes/dialog 30FPS lock caused the game literally unplayable. Outside of cutscenes it's averaging 50-60FPS.

DSR doesn't work very well in higher resolutions due to mouse acceleration/movement issues if you go higher than x2 :/
EDIT: At least in Aliens Isolation. Did you notice any problems with mouse movement during your tests?

you can unlock fps in cutscenes by adding "-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+" (without quotes) to your startup properties. note, however, that this can cause all kinds of issues, one of which will drop you in an empty level after creating a new character...

Great and very useful charts OP! According to this charts im good to go for high-ultra tweaked settings with lowered MSAA.
Too bad i wont be able to afford the game soon. Just spend a lot of money on bying new PC which can run the game and some others titles i like to play, Ah well maybe around christmass. Anyway nice job putting that up! ![]()

Hi, I'm new around here.
I must know before buying the game if it will run somewhat OK on my PC before I buy something that will turn out to be a worthless block for me.
I got a Radeon 7750, i3 3220, 4GB ram. I plan to play on around 1300-700 resolution (don't remember the exact numbers) on medium settings, On "can you run it?" website what got me worried is the RAM, I look at the OP here and I worried for my GPU. Can I play it decently?
