I've got an:

i7 4790 @ 3.6 Ghz
AMD Radeon R9 280
8 GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 64 bit

I just built it about a week ago. So far, Inquisition is working pretty well on my computer. I don't know what the fps is, but overall it's pretty smooth, and set to a mix of medium/ultra/high settings with the majority being high. I just used what the game defaulted to. I have had one crash. It happened on a loading screen after being at the war table. I also had some glitchy graphics, but I let my computer rest for a bit and went back to it later--it was fine upon reboot. Sometimes cutscenes are a little choppy; I think I may have forgotten to update my drivers via the net rather than just via disc when I put it all together, so I think any stuttering I'm experiencing is probably due to that. I'm not using mantle at the moment, either. I'm betting once the drivers are updated it'll be even better. :)

So far the game has been running great for me. Granted, I've only played for about 2 hours or so, but I haven't noticed any issues. Loading screens take a bit longer than I'm used to, but it's not a big deal.

I'm using all high settings, except for textures at ultra and shadows and water at medium. I turned off that ambient depth of occlusion or whatever it's called, because I don't like it, but I have the MSAA at 4x with no problems so far.

These are my specs:

Core i7 860 processor at 2.8 GHz

8 GB RAM

Nvidia GTX 750Ti

1366 x 768 resolution

Windows 8.1 64 bit

ETA: I will add that this game is very resource intensive though. My computer gets much louder than normal when playing the game.

So... it tried everything but i cant get the game to run on Ultra on a gtx 780 i just playing on high default i get solid 60fps and game looks just as good.

I did everything you guys said.

I tried Setting with SSAO , HBAO, HBAO Full or off.

Did not really affect fps at all on my card like 2-3 fps gain from HBAO full to off.

And MSAA is completetly of what else do i set lower because im thinking ill jsut stick with high preset i get solid 60fps with it and i dont like fps drops.

Playing on High preset.

2500K @ Stock 3.3 GHZ

AMD 280X @ Mantle API with latest AMD Beta driver

Game installed on Samsung 840 SSD (just did a test 500MB/s read I/O).

8Gb G Skill DDR3 1866 Memory.

*Origin in game is disabled.

Game stutters like crazy. It shouldn't be like this....

Third party software like MSI Afterburner seems to cause a lot of problems. Maybe the cause for your problems.

If you use MSAA, turn it off and use post-processing AA. MSAA kills your framerate.

Running well so far, with no stuttering, though I'm still only a couple of hours in

i73820 @3.6 Ghz

MSI GTX 970 4GB VRAM

12 GB RAM

Windows 8.1 Pro

I'm not running Afterburner or Rivatuner or anything in the background, and most of my settings are ultra, with a couple high and Fade-Touched textures.

It looks lovely and plays smoothly, though I will know more when the world expands :) The only thing is that even with meshes on Ultra, my character's hair still looks a bit shiny.

So according to these charts I should be able to run the game just fine but it's very choppy and sometimes slow. Also the cut scenes are terrible.

GPU: GeForce GTX 460M

Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz (but has built in overclocking)

8.00 GB RAM

Windows 7

I was able to run shadow of mordor on default settings perfectly and smoothly

460m really isn't very great. What settings are you running it on?

That mobile card is really hurting you. 460M is not comparable to real 460. Also that series was nvidias first go at dx -11 cards.

Hi guys. I wanted to say, I'm running on an i7-950 (I'm aware it's not the best, but it seems kinda in range even if not listed? Perhaps I'm wrong) with a EVGA 660 GTX, 16G of ram. It 'runs', as in, it starts up, but if I am running on native resolution (1920x1080), I will be getting literally around 5fps on all-low settings.

Is this normal? I do appear to run it, but I can't help but feel like something is wrong with my cooling, or the game. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a driver issue.  Now 660 aren't that great anyway but you shouldn't have a problem on low at 1080p.

Yeah. I've updated to the latest driver, suppose I should uninstall drivers then re-install? I'm not too sure if it's a heat issue, but it's not on the videocard (It runs at around 30c I think when playing). I just, I'm totally lost. It's like this with battlefield 4 as well, horrible fps on frostbite games, whereas I can run, for example, Crysis 3 near-max, and 100% fine. I'm not sure what the cause is, but I figure I should be able to run this at least on low

Hmm I don't know.  I looked up old benchmarks of the 660 for BF 4 and it seems to run it fine.  I still think it sounds like some kind of conflicting software though because that's just not right.  Do you have any 3rd party stuff running that could conflict with it?

And clean out your case just cause :)

How do you get 30 FPS with only 2 cores and 4 RAM! I'm so curious. I'm running 4 core and 8 RAM and only getting 10 FPS...T.T

Update:

I downloaded NVIDIA experience but it did not improve FPS

I downloaded Razor Game booster but it did not improve FPS

I lowered Resolution to 1366x768 at 59 GHz from my native 1600x900 at 60 Ghz but it did not improve FPS

Still sitting at 10-20 FPS in the Hinterlands. I'd appreciate any more help and suggestions!

My Rig is:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz

GeForce GTX 750 Ti - latest Update (DA:I driver 344.75)

8 GB RAM

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

Well i formated my PC a week ago. My hard drive is pretty empty now.

Everything is still pretty new i buy that budget computer like 6 month ago for peanuts. (Guess that count for someting). So there no use on the material. It's not like i have that computer for years.

My CPU is maybe a i3 but it's 3.4 Ghz. Pretty high i guess for the price i paid. The i3 4130 is a 2013 release.

My 7730 2gb is... surprising sometime lol.

My driver are all updated. I don't know seriously. Guess someone up there like me ! Everything is great so far ! In Hinterland too !

Man I'm happy for ya and jealous :P

Maybe the requirements for DA:I are off? Maybe you need at least 3.0ish Ghz to run smoothly?

ALWAYS un-install previous GFX drivers and then install the new ones. Basically try to have a proper clean install of your GPU drivers, installing them over previous versions just tends to cause issues.

I hope you can figure it out !

Your cpu is in range. I've got a better one but also a 660 and it runs like butter for me. Try updating your drivers and then check settings. Turn off anti-aliasing and set everything else to High. One last thing you might try: I am running it on a 1680 x 1050 resolution which helps so see if lowering yours from what you have helps a bit? You should be able to run this game much better than you are. A 660 is an older card but it's the card listed at rec specs so should run this game at High settings. I think you're just not playing at the best settings.
