Thought I would note down my experience and how the game performs so far:
30 Hours played and I have yet to see the game crash or misbehave seriously. Gameplay is smooth and fluid around 60 with the exception of slight framerate drop in cramped areas such as "Crossroads".
*Party characters OFTEN trample around restlessly when Controlled Character is standing still, trying to path.
*Locking targets with "RS" on the controller does NOT lock them at all but may jump around to other targets during combat.
*The same feature of "locking" targets will set the camera to the ground and you get a frog view of the battlefield.
*Occasional "pop in" of graphics in the distance.
*DAI Theme Menu (Press Start) occasionaly freezes and the soldiers will rubber band like crazy.
*Dialouge interface occasionaly bugs, merely requiring more effort than necessary.
*Ocularums have strange stuttering/tearing in the image when you search the landscape.
*Quest map sometimes have a similary behaviour as Ocularums.

Post-Process - High
Ambient Occlusion - SSAO (Killer in performance impact vs. Image quality)
Effects - Ultra
Post-Process AA - High
Multisample AA - OFF
Dynamic Range - Home Theater* (This setting have a vast impact on immersion and aural fidelity, choose WISELY)
*All other settings hampers the dynamic range greatly. Using "Headphone" mode also decreased the fidelity of positional audio greatly due to the decreased level of dynamic range. I am using heaphones but they are not of the "gaming" kind but of the "audio purity" kind. DAI "shines" when great care is taken to aural performance. If your in a noisy environment and choosing "Home Theater" you will simply not hear all audio that is played.
Remember that Dynamic range is not like image quality where you just ramp the slider up for more candy. It needs to match your audio setup & environment, This game have a lot of subtle sounds (have you heard the subtle wissling sound of wind in your ears as you start galop with your horse?). These sounds are recorded at a lower volume because they are inherently not very loud. Wind and foliage vs Explosions and screams. Using ie "Home Theater" when using the speakers on a TV will simply make some sounds inaudible. Vice versa using "TV" Mode on a high performance home theater will make breathing sounds as loud as explosions. Its techniques of compromise.
Several Bioware games have great audio fidelity and DAI is no different.
