It says it will preload at 7:00 pm 17 of november but when is that for what USA state is that clock or is for Europe at 7:00 pom which I guess is in half a hour for the Balkans.
For what USA state is the clock in DAI made for?

I do not know its the third time I used this service and I did not need to know the timezone. Forget that is the game not on in USA?

For North America it releases at 12:00am EST, which would be 5:00am GMT.
