HI,

Just got the game. Origin is online, yet the game keeps saying 'Not connected to the dragon age server', and clicking the Log In button simply says 'You must be signed into origin to access online features'.

Anyone have any idea on how to resolve this?

Wait you got game? You mean full game...like play ?

...isn't it earliest date to get DAI 11/18?Did you torrent game?lol

Because that is only way you could have got game earlier then any of us plus that explains why Orignis doesn't recognize your game  B)

I'm looking at my pre-load on Origin for Inquisition right now.  It says that I can fire it up at 10pm (MDT) on November 17th, which is tonight.  You're either confusing the Origin log in with the game log-in, or you're trying to play an unreleased game.  Either way, wait about 11-12 hours and you'll be able to play it.

I didn't torrent the game, and it'd be pretty weird if I was some kind of hacker genius to crack the game so quickly after it's released, and then ask for help on a tech forum -_-
I don't know where everyone is from but it's released where I am.
I can play the game normally. But it won't let me play multiplayer or import dragon age keep. So I'm just using the 'default world'.

Not really sure what to make of it.

Having the same problem here. A little bit pissed about it too. Bought the game, pre ordered, pre loaded it, did all the keep ****, and now I can't use the keep **** because I'm apparently not logged into origin. Which I obviously ****** am or I wouldn't be able to USE origins.

Origin is TERRIBLE. Steam never has this kind of problem!

I am also having this issue. My origin account is connected to the internet, but the game does not recognize that and tells me I need to go online for it to connect to the dragon age servers.

Confirmed, fresh origin reinstall worked. This really is ridiculous. Bioware you need to get away from EA asap.

Can confirm it did solve the issue. WHY it worked, I have no idea.

Reinstalling worked for me as well. O_o

I should note that I didn't even uninstall the previous installation. I just downloaded the latest exe from Origin.com and installed right over top of my old installation first to see if that would suffice. Launched the app and then the game and it logged me in just fine.

(I was going to investigate some more to see if there's a specific setting that simply resets to default once the app is reinstalled but I'm too excited to play now that's it's working.)

I'm having the exact same problem but on PS4.  Any help?

Nevermind.  Shutting off and restarting the PS4 seemed to work.
