Hm.  Interesting.

 

There is the option to flirt with characters who you can't romance.  You can flirt with Cullen as a male, for example.  He'll just turn you down. 

 

Not sure why the game is calling you a 'her' though.  Perhaps that's a bug or a typo?  Is it persistent with female adjectives and pronouns?  Or was it just in this one situation.

Every where I go people are referring to me as She, I chose the romance option in that Cullen dialogue and he did not turn me down at all, he said something a long the lines of '(laughs) maybe another time'

You can flirt regardless of gender even if in the end you can't get with them.

First one is definitely an error. As for romance option, I think you can try to flirt with any companion or adviser regardless of gender, but they will refuse if you aren't their type (I think I saw a video where male qunari tried to flirt with Sera yesterday. She made it clear that she isn't interested.).

Lol I was thinking the same thing ... I am definitely being referred to as She or Her in all dialogue including ambient dialogue as I am walking around.

I know the CC this time around is more customizable than ever, but I don't think facial hair is an option available to female humans, which his character has. o.o This is very strange. lol. You should keep flirting with Cullen, OP... for science.

OK, I'm all in favor of Bioware being more inclusive of Transgender people and featuring characters who are like that. It's a wonderful thing for them to do, and I support it. But this is going too far! Bioware is forcing us to play characters who identify with a different gender than the one everyone else sees them as. It's forced role-playing, and I don't like it. Not one bit!

I don't think so, because we can flirt with people unavailable to us, it just won't go anywhere besides flirting.

Well the flirting is cool enough but the other stuff like being referd to as a she if you are playing a male PC that needs to be patched so heres hoping theres a Patch coming sooner rather than later.
