Yeah...i couldnt start my Mass Effect 1 on Origin cause i needed to open some old EA Games acc. After we opened that acc, they gave me 15% voucher..i was like - Dude you are scaring me. Am i talking to EA customer service here? Is this a fraud or something? Are you really who you say you are?
But why not, with that ending mod(that didn't fix rest of the games problems) I just went and bought ME3 on discount.

Its funny, i order things from ebay with royal mail and it delivers in Croatia within a week, and they cant handle deliveries in their own country...but hmmm...our own post does not deliver in state that fast either...i think i see a pattern here...

I  had to contact EA chat line support for my missing deluxe digital content and they were very helpful,I explained I  had  pre-ordered CE  boxed version from Gamestop.co.uk etc ,anyway they had it downloading all the  missing content within ten mins and also gave me a 15% discount voucher for their games ,very good customer service .

 

 

I'm happy and things are great  for me in UK  .

I've been playing since Monday! VPNing to Korea, Japan and the US. And yes, the game is wonderful. Haven't put anywhere near as my hours in as I'd like, but it's still a good 10 or so. I'm only level 7 and faffing around in the Hinterlands and Val Royeux.

 Hey, how'd you get them to help you? Cos I only got the standard edition with the CE and when I contacted EA help all I got was some bs about how they can't help cos they can't track gamestop orders or some crap

Did anyone else buy from Amazon? I live an hour away from one of their depots, how hard is it to get one small package to arrive on time

 

The Amazon delivery estimate was today, fair enough it's an estimate, but I'm pretty sure when I pre-ordered the game it said "Release-day delivery guaranteed" or something along those lines.

I ordered off Amazon as well with one day delivery. Don't think I'll be doing that again.
